Five Cobblestone Houses Built by Same Mason

Editor's Note: The following is a transcription of notes in the Onondaga County folder of the Cobblestone Museum Archives. Links to structures based on best match with information provided. Unfortunately, the name of the mason is not stated. The following information has not been confirmed.

Mr. (William?) Chapman visited Mrs. Elizabeth Cooper 15 years ago (notes are not dated. Circa 1960s?) and said that his great grandfather, a mason, had built five cobblestone houses in the area.

4. Peck Rd. - Nottingham House (Dew-5 structure is at Peck Road with no mention of Nottingham House, Dew-1 structure has been known as Nottingham house but is not on Peck Rd.)
5. James and N. Manlius Streets, Fayetteville
